Buccaneer Bay is a NON-SMOKING facility.
Wristbands, distributed by the hotel, must be worn by every guest
at all times during use of Buccaneer Bay Aquatic
Fun Center. Lost wristbands will be issued at replacement fee of $20.
Any guest not wearing a wristband in the pool or on the pool deck will
be asked to leave the facility.
The undersigned is aware that the Buccaneer Bay Aquatic Fun Center
is not staffed with lifeguards. Therefore, it is
important that all of the rules posted inside the aquatic fun center
are obeyed. Guests that violate posted rules will be asked to leave,
with no refund given.
U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets that are labeled as such
will be the only acceptable outside flotation device. These life
jackets are available upon request by any staff member at the aquatic
fun center. This item must be checked out by room#/name. If the item
is not returned, a $30 fee will be assessed and posted to your room.
The use of any other flotation device is strictly prohibited.
Pool towels are provided in the pool area. Please do not take room
towels to the pool.
Children who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers, which
are available for purchase near the pool office.
For your safety, GLASS IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE IN THE
AQUATIC FUN CENTER.
Only beverages in plastic containers are permitted on pool deck.
All other beverages and food are only permitted on the mezzanine
level.
Proper bathing attire is required by all who want to use aquatic
fun center. It will be up to the hotel and/or aquatic fun center
management’s discretion to remove guests with inappropriate attire.
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at
all times during use of the aquatic fun center.
Guests entering the aquatic fun center, arcade and/or fitness room,
must be in-house guests of the Best Western Lafayette Executive
Plaza and Conference Center.
Footwear must be worn in all public areas of the hotel.
No pets allowed.
Bathing attire is not permitted in the public areas of the hotel
(including the lobby) and the Hour Time Restaurant.
Management reserves the right to modify any and all rules as
situations dictate. Failure to follow directions from pool staff will
result in the removal from the aquatic fun center. No refund will be
given.
Buccaneer Bay Guest Check-Out—Departing guests are welcome to make
complete use of the aquatic fun center and changing facilities until
3:00 p.m. on the day of their departure. However, guests must
vacate their room by 12:00 noon on their scheduled departure date at
which time the key lock will expire. Noncomplying guests will be
charged a $200 noncompliance fee. Additionally, any personal
items will be removed to allow housekeeping access to clean the room
for arriving guests.
